Our Areas

Customer Management

The Customer Service Desk is the central contact point for queries about IT at EOS. In Project Management, project and consulting expertise is used to optimally support our customers. Meanwhile, the Service Management ensures the provision of high-quality IT services

SaaS

Our Global Application Team is responsible for ERP and Payment Systems, whilst the Portals Team is in charge of developing various EOS web portals. For a smooth daily workflow, the Collaboration Team ensures efficient, cross-site collaboration. In the MALin & MAWin domain, responsibility lies for all Managed Services under Linux and Windows

Cloud Services

Focus theme Cloud & Analytics: This is the contact point for all AWS-related issues as well as the internal cloud infrastructure. The Analytics department, on one hand, ensures the provision of data from our Cloud Data Warehouse and, on the other hand, the provision of the EOS Data Analytics Platform

IT Infrastructure

While the team is responsible for networking, deployment, and operation of data network services, reliability, availability, and performance of our services are ensured in Site Reliability Engineering. The operation of management systems for administering endpoints and servers falls under the responsibility of the Client & Server team

Collection Process Operations

As a fundamental component of our company, the Collection process Operations are responsible for the further development, automation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our debt recovery system.

Data Insights

Here, knowledge is generated from data, to develop and implement business-specific solutions. For this, work is carried out in the fields of Data Literacy, Data Management and Knowledge Mining.

The transition from our own data centres to the public cloud opens up exciting new opportunities for us, and with the introduction of a uniform debt collection system throughout the company, we are setting a strong impulse for a forward-looking and transparent business operation.
